Online magazine brings African/Caribbean culture, ideas to young audience – Sarah Brooks of Guyanese heritage Director of Education for TRAD Magazine

A new online magazine, Tradmag.ca, has been launched. It is presented by a group of young people in Ontario who are digging into their African heritage. as a way of “learning our way back to ourselves,” said Sarah Brooks, 23, the group’s director of education.

The magazine is a venture that weaves together videos, art, poetry and live virtual gatherings to examine big questions through the lenses of philosophy and the arts.
